Connective Tissue Grafting: Dr. Nemeth uses the patient's own gum tissue (also referred to as palatal tisssue) to cover areas where the gum line has receeded or is congenitally deficient. In this case example photo the patient will be undergoing a variety of restorative procedures to produce a pleasing whitest of white smiles.The patient successfully completed treatment for gum disease but clearly has areas of recession. 
The second photo clearly shows the dramatic result of the tissue grafting and gum recontouring. Alloderm Grafting: Another type of Connective Tissue Grafting in that areas of recessed gum tissue are treated.
